Indonyaki (Maginhawa Street, QC)

Indonyaki offers Indonesian cuisine that surely captures the hearts of every Filipinos. Experience the good taste of the food at prices that are very affordable. It is located at the busy street full of restaurants and new establishments in Quezon City.

We are strolling in the food strips of Maginhawa Street and we are looking for a restaurant to eat. One of our friends recommends Indonyaki and there you are we checked in to that place. We would like to try Indonesian dishes, but not really sure for the taste of Indonesian food as I haven’t been in Indonesia.

Indonyaki is like a street food style. The tables were set up along the side walk. It’s just like you are in Indonesia, Brunei, or Thailand where you eat in the street. The prices at the menu are inexpensive.

And, we ordered:

Ayam Goreng Regular
It’s a fried chicken served with sambal sauce, price at 150php for half and 270php for whole.

Beef Indonyaki
It’s an Indonesian version of caldereta, price at 115php.

Indonyaki Rice
It’s an indonesion fried rice, price at 45php for solo and 105 for large.

Verdict:
Place: it is just along the side walk
Customer Service: Excellent!
Food: Very Good!
Price: Very Good!

Casa Quesadilla (Maginhawa Street, QC)

updated as of August 30

Are you looking for a Mexican food? Then, Maginhawa Street in Quezon City has to offer to all Mexican lovers out there. Casa Quesadilla is located at 176 Maginhawa Street, Quezon City. It is a little Mexican house of big taste.

To be honest, I haven’t tasted an authentic Mexican food so I can’t totally compare the taste of what Casa Quesadilla has to offer, but I will tell you what I like it here. The place is just small. It’s just perfect for a small talk with friends. There are only four or five tables inside.
Spinach Chicken Quesadillas, 130php and Mexican Beef Quesadillas, 110php
The staff is welcoming and friendly now not like our first visit on the place. They're now smiling to the customer. Remember, good customer service is very important to this kind of business. Most people will go back because of the good service. So, good job to the owner! Keep on improving your services! :)
Tuna and Pesto Quesadilla, 149php
Mexican Beef Burrito, 130php
Crispy Tacos, 130php
We ordered for Mexican Beef Quesadillas, Spinach Chicken Quesadillas, Mexican Beef Burrito, and Nachos. The food is pretty good. But, my favorite are the Spinach Chicken Quesadillas and nachos. I really love it! The price is affordable.

Verdict:
Place: Good
Customer Service: from poor to Good (improving!)
Food: Good
Price: Good (very affordable)

***The services are improving! Keep it up!
