My 2nd Milo Marathon

What can you say about the event?
**Well, for me, it was a good event because the weather is not totally hot. The weather is cool! The runners got wet while running on the way to the finish line. I ran for 5K only. Good thing was that my knees cooperates me while I'm on the way to the finish line. After I finished my 5K, the rain poured.

Ensure to Endure

Running is not for teenagers, kids or adult teenager because aging doesn’t mean giving in to loss of strength. All you have to do is to get enough exercise and complete balanced nutrition. And you will endure and reach the finish line.

It was first Ensure to endure fun run, held at Bonifacio Global City on May 20, 2012. Yes! This is very late post. I am so sorry! J

I got my singlet for free sponsored by our company. It’s also FREE if you purchase ensure products. All you have to do is to present the receipt at any registration site.

I survived Run United 1

Run United 1 beneficiary is GAWAD Kalusugan (the health program of Gawad Kalinga) and Hero Foundation.

What can you say about it?
This is my first time to join Run United and I wish to complete this to Run United 2 and 3. During the event, I thought I can’t make it to the finish line because I am having trouble with my left knee. It was aching when I reach, I guess, 3K to 4K so I need to stop running and do the brisk walk or run slowly. I keep telling myself, “You can do it, man! You can do it!” And when I reached 8K I pushed myself to run until I got into the finish line. So, I must say “I survived RU1!” By the way, the event was very organized and congratulations to the organizer and the staff of the events. I am looking forward to the Run United 2 and 3.

I run. I conquer. I help built a Mangrove Forest.

One of my New Years Resolution is not just travelling and exploring the country but to indulge myself to physical activities like running, playing badminton and swimming (I definitely try swimming!). So, my first running activity was the Condura Skyway Marathon – it is one of the well known marathons in the country which for this year’s mission is to build a Mangrove Forest.

I run. I conquer. I help built a Mangrove Forest.

What can you say about it? Condura Skyway Marathon is the only marathon that uses the skyway as the main route of the marathon. It’s a dream come true because who would have thought that you can actually cross the skyway on your own foot. It has a terrific view of the sunrise, too!
